Question 1: How do I pay?
Answer 1: We only accept card payments through debit and credit cards because it lets us provide you with the most seamless experience. You can add a card to your account, This information will be stored by our payment processor so you can re-use the card when placing additional orders on the platform.
Question 2: What payment methods do you accept?
Answer 1: Tap Retail is a cashless platform which means we only accept payment for our orders through debit and credit cards. We accept Visa, Visa Debit & MasterCard.
Question 3: Can I change my debit/credit card after I have placed an order?
Answer 1: Once an order is placed though Tap Retail, the card you used to purchase the order cannot be changed. For future purchases, you can use a different card or you can top up the credit in your wallet, which can be used against future purchases.
Question 4: Is my payment information safe with Tap Retail?
Answer 1: Yes, your payment information is safe with Tap Retail. We process payments on our platform through a third party payment processor, Stripe. Stripe counts some of the world’s most well-known companies amongst its clients. At Tap Retail, we take your personal data very seriously. The only identifiable data we will share with our delivery riders is your delivery address, name and phone number. This is displayed to your delivery rider in the event they need to contact you and successfully deliver your order to you.
