Answer 1: We accept online payments through google pay, apple pay and card payments through debit and credit cards because it lets us provide you with the most seamless experience.

Question 2: Can I change my debit/credit card after I have placed an order?
Answer 1: No - once an order is placed, the card used cannot be changed. For future orders you can use a different card or payment method.

Question 3: Is my payment information safe with Tap Retail?
Answer 1: Yes, your payment information is safe with Tap Retail. We process payments on our platform through a third party payment processor, Stripe. Stripe counts some of the world’s most well-known companies amongst its clients. At Tap Retail, we take your personal data very seriously. The only identifiable data we will share with our delivery riders is your delivery address, name and phone number. This is displayed to your delivery rider in the event they need to contact you and successfully deliver your order to you.
